Corneal Grafts
 

Fresh corneal grafts contain living cells that can provide a clear, functioning replacement cornea. Frozen corneal grafts and sclera can be used for biologic patching and repair.

Corneal Grafts are aseptically procured whole corneas including a limbal scleral ring (~2 mm) for ease of handling and protection of the delicate corneal tissue/cells.
Storage & Shipping
Fresh corneal grafts are stored refrigerated in Optisol™ (Bausch & Lomb) for up to 14 days. After 14 days, corneal grafts are frozen for long term storage.
Fresh corneal grafts are shipped on wet ice; frozen grafts are shipped on dry ice. For more details about shipping, please go to our price list page.
